Patio Installation

The customer had an old, worn patio that was no longer doing the space justice. They contacted us to arrange a free site survey and quotation to replace their existing paving with a modern porcelain patio. During our visit, we discussed their requirements, assessed the area, and provided a detailed written quotation for the works.

Once the quotation was accepted, we carefully removed and disposed of the existing paving before preparing the ground for the new installation. To ensure effective surface water management, we installed ACO linear drainage channels in front of the property before laying the porcelain tiles in the customer’s chosen staggered pattern.

The finished result completely transformed the outdoor space, creating a modern, low-maintenance patio that perfectly complemented the property. The customer was delighted with the outcome and was so pleased with the transformation that they sent us the finished photographs once they had repositioned all of their outdoor furniture, allowing us to showcase the patio exactly as they envisioned it.
