Block Paving Driveway – Marshalls Drivesett Tegula

Project overview
This project came to us through a recommendation from a previous client. After a free site survey and quote, we were trusted to transform the property’s frontage with a brand-new block paving driveway using Marshalls Drivesett Tegula, a paver chosen for its tumbled, traditional finish and long-lasting strength.

The work
We began by excavating the full area and removing all waste from site, leaving a clean base to build on. A solid MOT Type 1 sub-base was then laid and compacted to give the driveway the strength to handle daily vehicle traffic for years to come.

Drainage was installed where needed to keep surface water moving away from the property, and bullnose edging was added to create a neat, defined planting bed alongside the drive.

To keep the finish seamless, we replaced the old manhole covers with recessed covers, infilled with the same paving so they blend into the rest of the driveway. The Tegula blocks were then laid with every cut made using a diamond blade, giving clean, precise lines throughout.

The result
The finished driveway went beyond the customer’s expectations: a durable, great-looking entrance that adds real kerb appeal to the home, and another quality installation from the Pro Scapes team.
